In the Headlines 14-19 summarizes the International Organization of Securities Commissions’ Proposed Statement on Non-GAAP Financial Measures, which proposes guidelines for presenting non-GAAP financial measures outside of the financial statements. The proposal defines a non-GAAP financial measure as a numerical measure of an issuer’s current, historical, or future earnings; financial performance; financial position; or cash flow that is not determined by the GAAP used to prepare the issuer’s financial statements. The comment period ends December 5.
