The Summer/Fall 2015 KPMG Learning | Executive Education Catalog describes upcoming sessions, including six new courses: Banks and Other Financial Institutions–U.S. GAAP and Industry Update, Dynamic Interactions for Finance Professionals, Enhancing Leadership: A Focus on Professional Judgment and Decision-Making, IFRS Workshop – Practical Application and Comparison to U.S. GAAP, Non-GAAP Performance Measures, and Presentation Skills for Finance Professionals. The Summer/Fall sessions, which are described in detail in the full catalog, will be held in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, New York, San Francisco, and Santa Clara from August to December.
These courses are designed for corporate financial executives from private and public companies, and offer an opportunity to obtain CPE credits, learn about a range of technical topics, and connect with other professionals in your industry.
Registration also is open for the 25th Annual Accounting and Financial Reporting Symposium, which will be held in Las Vegas in December to address the more important financial accounting and reporting developments over the past year. Keynote speakers are Mary Schapiro, the first woman to serve as Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission (2009-2012), and Ben Stein, nationally syndicated columnist and television commentator.
