SEC Proposes Rules to Enhance Order Handling Information Available to Investors

The SEC recently proposed rules that would, for the first time, require broker-dealers to disclose to customers how they handle institutional orders. The proposed rules also would expand the information included in existing retail order disclosures.

Comments are due 60 days after the proposed rule is published in the Federal Register.
