In order to survive and thrive, they need to be more agile, adaptive and customer-centric. They must reshape their businesses to acclimate to a changing geopolitical climate, take advantage of innovating technologies, and invest confidently in the right places to gain the most positive impact on their business—as well as outpace competitors.
