From the Shared Services and Outsourcing Institute
As EquaTerra did previously, KPMG undertakes an annual investigation into organizations' satisfaction with their outsourcing service providers.
The research results are recognized as the most extensive and representative "perception study" on the issues of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sourcing in the marketplace today.
The study focuses on clients' perceived quality of relationships with their outsourcing service providers in large business-critical contracts. All commercial sectors are represented in the study, as is the public sector, including central and local government organizations.
The 2012 Dutch Study
The 2012 Dutch study provides deep insights into the changing dynamics of the outsourcing market in The Netherlands and highlights warning signs for both clients and providers.
More than 460 outsourcing contracts held by more than 175 of the top ICT spending organizations in the region were investigated. The total annual value of the contracts included in this study is more than €5 billion, accounting for more than three quarters of the total Dutch IT outsourcing market in terms of annual contract value.
