KPMG undertakes an annual investigation into organizations' satisfaction with their outsourcing service providers.
The research results are recognized as the most extensive and representative "perception study" on the issues of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sourcing in the marketplace today.
The study focuses on clients' perceived quality of relationships with their outsourcing service providers in large business-critical contracts. All commercial sectors are represented in the study.
The 2012 German/Swiss Region Study
The 2012 German/Swiss study is the first to be conducted by KPMG in the region.
More than 300 outsourcing contracts held by almost 100 of the top ICT spending organizations in the region were investigated. The total annual value of the contracts included in this study is more than €6 billion.
