Successful transitions can help outsourcing efforts get started out on the right foot and weak or failed transitions may doom an outsourcing effort from the start. A small percentage of outsourcing transitions are actually completed on time, within budget and to specified requirements. Given these factors it is important to know how to best negotiate these critical transitions.
