United Kingdom ICT Service Provider Performance and Satisfaction (SPPS): 2013

Each year, KPMG undertakes an annual evaluation into organizations' satisfaction with their outsourcing service providers. The research results are recognized as the most extensive and representative "perception study" on the issues of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sourcing in the marketplace today.

The 2013 U.K. Study

This year's U.K. study evaluates more than 490 outsourcing contracts held by more than 210 ICT participants in the U.K. The total annual value of the contracts included is estimated to be more than GBP 10 billion out of a total ICT spend of more than GBP 29 billion, highlighting the significance of the proportion of GBP budgets spent on outsourced GBP services.

All commercial sectors are represented in the study, as is the public sector, including both central and local government organizations.

The 2013 study provides deep insights into the changing dynamics of the U.K. outsourcing market and highlights the key trends seen in the market today.
