There has been significant doubt as to whether the NAFTA Negotiations would conclude in 2018, be stalled until after the upcoming Mexican Presidential election and the U.S. mid-term elections, or be thrown into uncertainty with the U.S. issuing a letter of withdrawal. In the past few weeks there has been an acceleration of certain “behind the scene negotiations” and an increased expectation of more clarity and possibly “an Agreement in Principle” on the horizon.

One CPE credit should be available to U.S. & Canadian participants who meet the eligibility requirements.
